Bangalore Traffic - Open letter to PM

Dear PM sir,

We truly believe that a true leader is the one who can think as a common man , think from the side of common man, and stay with a common man, to understand how the people are leading their day to day lives to sustain themselves.

Your great presence as Prime Minister of India, made us think about reaching you for justice, when ever and where ever it is needed, with great respect, since you came from the stage of a common man and now standing  like stage for entire nation. Your journey is the best example for every common to think about higher heights irrespective of diversities in terms of  Earnings, living styles, castes,  Religions and etc ,that exist in the country.

So here I am, as common man to reach an ex common man , who is now the Prime Minister of India, for justice.

Sir, My name is Shiva Kumar and I am currently working as software professional in Bangalore city which is known to be IT Hub for our country. Fortunately or unfortunately my career to lead my life by my own was started in S/W industry as Parents were more concerned about my job in cities , because they feel that they had given me enough education for me to go and grow in corporate world.  But unfortunately ,we are not at all happy with the way that we are leading day to day lives in the cities. There are several reasons for our unsatisfied lives here and the Traffic is one of the most important problems that I am trying to bring your notice in my message here .

To start every day for every Tomorrow, we need to start our journeys to our work places and stay back to our homes on dials basis, for that we need to put ourselves on the roads to reach our destinations accordingly.  This is where we are facing horrible problem with traffic and it is growing  like uncontrollable devil in these days.

We have families here , keeping this in our minds ,we  are even taking houses near by to our offices , but still we are not finding the ways to reach our destinations (office and home) in time. Some times we are spending our half of the work time on the road itself due to heavy traffic , because of which we are supposed to extend our timings in offices till midnights. If this is the case for many times, then where is the place for family life and how can we leave ladies alone in home. And how can we find the time for our children to let them feel still his/her father is alive if this is the case in regular.

There is concept called ‘Work Life balance’’ which has now become next to impossible because of these problems. People from our native places are thinking that we are leading luxury lives here in the cities with good salary, AC offices and no physical works. How do all these matter if there is no peace and satisfaction in any life. Even if we keep these big words called Peace and Satisfaction  aside for some time , how do all these matter if there is no good health to sustain longer life spans. Since Heavy Traffic leads to Traffic Jams, time gets waster because of this , which again leads to Pollution, Pollution causes diseases .

So Are we here to pay our salaries to Doctors ?? 

Sir, we knew that we have some police force to control the traffic , but we still don’t think that the team is good enough to control the traffic, especially in this Bangalore city. We have many local leaders here , who belong to the current ruling party as well, but I am sure that they do not come across such situation with traffic which we are facing now, as they are being provided more than enough space for their vehicles to move on the rods, which indirectly leads to traffic jams for common men some times. This is because, the same police people who takes an immense care while any political leaders travels on the way , are not even ready to take at least 10 % of the same care for common men , that they generally take for the Political leaders. So there is no chance for you for being intimated on the traffic issue by any political leader.

Here I am giving you my case as example , to make to enable better understanding on the traffic issue we are facing here.

I stay near by my office which is around 3 KM from home, and it takes not more than 15 min usually to reach my office from home/to reach my home from office if all the vehicles move with proper discipline. But just 3 days back, I happened to stay for around 90 min on road to reach my home while returning from office, at the same time when I was moving on the road, I had got around 10 miss calls from my wife , I knew that I was getting calls and they seemed to be some emergency calls    , but I could not get chance to take even a single call as there was no enough space  for my 2 Wheeler bike to park and the traffic was jam where I did not want to disturb to any one in that traffic.

At last I reached my home and came to know that My 1 yr old child is suffering from severe fever and that is the reason why my wife tried to reach my phone to take the child to the hospital. In fact she was crying in the home as she felt afraid of the situation. Finally I took my child to hospital anyways and he is doing better now luckily . Don’t know whom to blame for this , but this kind of situation should not happen to anyone anymore.

Is it the Infrastructure that I should blame or its Police in ability in controlling the traffic.

We are here to survive ourselves , not to loose any thing for this matter.

So please consider this request and take the necessary action as early as possible.

Never never think that we can not change our country

I was talking with some of my friends today, they told me that they do not want to vote because all political parties are not good and we can not do anything to the country which already polluted by politicians.

Really really shame on us guys. Our country is having very less educated people who knows about our country well. Most of the voting is happening from the villages and the towns where most of the people are badly getting influenced by so many factors (i.e cast, religion, money, group-ism, publicity) which should not be basis for the voting. We need to know our power. We are not just common men that we can not do anything. Every journey starts with only one step. Never never think that we can not change our country. We may hear lot of discourage comments from our own friends. Don't care or bother.
We don't need to keep our head down. We have self respect. Its our country. Its our responsibility to take care about our own mother land.
We will plan together what we need to do. Is it OK friends???????

We are requesting to media that please reborn again to educate us

I am follower of two Telugu newspapers. I really wonder everyday after reading those two newspapers. Same news but different exposure by those two big media houses. From my childhood i believe that media educates us. But nowadays its creating lot of confusion in my mind. Feeling like media is giving support to their selected political parties. As a lover of newspaper really getting very sad about their situations.
Why do they need to work for some political parties??
Why are they forgetting their power and values??
We are requesting to media that please reborn again to educate us.

Common man Conversation with one of the politician who participated in ZPTC election.

Conversation went like this,
Common Man- Hi Sir, how are you? what are the chances for winning??
Politician - Ya, I hope so we only win. We spent lot of money (Look at the perspective of politicians,  thinking that their winning chances are depend on money not on service to the people)
Common Man- Oh, Why sir people are that much fool to vote for money??
Politician - Yes brother. They are not worrying about anything other than money. You know few poeple after the election also came to me and collected their quota of money.
Common Man- How much money you have spent sir??
Politician - 500 rs for each person. Almost spent 50 lakhs rupees for this election.
Common Man- Oh GOD!!!! 50 lakh rs!! how sir, How you got that money.
Politician -  Taken most of the money for interest. These people bloody F---ers they don't care about their future they need only money. What we can do.
Common Man- How you can earn this much money sir??
Politician -  He looked one mad expression at me and told that, Very simple I will get money from the government it will go into my pocket directly and don't spend single penny also to the people.
Common Man- Oh then what about General elections sir?
Politician -  Ya that time we will get around 1cr rs from MLA to distribute to the people. We will distribute 50 lakhs to voters and remaining will be our savings. So my investment will be recovered. After that Profit only.
Common Man- Sir, do some extent corruption but at least do something for the people...
Politician - Who told you I don't do anything... One area people did not ask for the money they asked for Road and Water. Once i win i will do something for them but I don't do anything for the people who has taken Money.. Bro, First People should change then automatically Politicians also will be changed... Yada Raja Tada Praja is a old saying...  Yada praja tada Raja is my saying. Ask your people to be loyal and honest first then we will do something for them.
Ofcourse we are spending this much money after that we feel like to do Business only. Where are the people to believe good persons bro. Even people are pointing out mistakes from Gandhi and Subhas Chandra Bose. First change should come from the People.
Common Man- Ya your correct sir. But anyway please do something for the people.
Politician - Ha Ha I will do bro, But before that let me earn the amount whatever I spent.
Common Man- OK sir. All the best. We people will try to change and then fight against you people.
Politician -  All the best Bro. Chalo have some meeting.
What you say guys?? Lot of questions for us??? Time has come to think about our lives.
What we can do. I think change should be happened from ourselves before blaming politicians. We need to ask ourselves how good citizens we are?? We need to be good enough to question anyone???
 Shall we put one step together to change the future??

అసలు పొలిటికల్ లీడర్స్ కి publicity అవసరం ఏముంది?  
 పొలిటికల్ లీడర్స్ ఎమన్నా ఫ్యాక్టరీ లో తాయారు అయిన ప్రోడక్ట్ లేక మూవీనా ప్రజలకి తెలియాలంటే publicity కోసం పాకుర్లడడానికి.
పొలిటికల్ లీడర్స్ రావాల్సిందే జనాల నుంచి. వాళ్ళు చేసే మంచి పనులు ద్వార తెలియాలి కానీ అల జర్గుతుందా ఇపుడు? వేల వేల కోట్లు ఖర్చు చేస్తున్నారు జనాలని మాయ చేయడానికి.
అయిన మనం వాళ్ళనే నమ్ముతాం. ఎందుకంటే మనలని ఎవరు మార్చలేరు కనుక. మనం మాయలు చేసే ఫకీర్లనే నమ్ముతాం. మంచి చేసే వాళ్ళ కన్నా మంచి మాటలు చెప్పే నాయకులనే నమ్ముతాం. ఇపుడు అయిన మేల్కొందాం....
మనకి మనం గౌరవం ఇచ్చుకుందాం,
ఎవరో ఏదో చెప్పారని, ఎవరో ఏదో చేసారు అని వింటూ కాకుండా,
మనకి నిజాయితిగా సేవ చేసేవాడికి Vote వేద్దాం.

Why dont we become soliders to fight for the country?????

చాల చాల మంది దేశానికీ ఏదో చేయాలి అని తపించి ఎవరి సహాయం లేకపోవడం చేత మధ్యలోనే   పరుగుని అపేస్తునరు. నా విన్నపం ఒకటే,

ప్రతి సారి ఏ ఒకడో యుద్ధం చేయడం చేత వొడిపొతున్నాడు. మన కర్తవ్యం యుద్ధం చేయాలనుకునే ప్రతి ఒకడిని కలిపి ఒక సైన్యం ని ఏర్పాటు చేయడం. అప్పుడు ఓడిపోయే అవకాశం లేదు.
మన దేశానికీ మనమే మారదర్శకులం మనం పోరాడుదాం మన బావి తరాలకి ఒక మంచి మార్గాని ఏర్పాటు చేయడానికి. మీ అబిప్రాయాల కోసం ఎదురు చూస్తునాను మిత్రులారా.........

Are they deserved to talk about Corruption?

అవినీతిని శిఖరాగ్రానికి చేర్చిన నాయకులే అవినీతి నిర్మూలన గురుంచి మాట్లాడుతుంటే నాకు కోపం నవ్వు వొస్తోంది. వీళ్ళని ఎలా మనం నాయకులగా అంగికరించి మన పాలకులగా vote వేయగాలమో తలుచుకుంటే భయం వేస్తోంది. అవినీతిని ప్రోత్సహిస్తోంది మనమే కాదా చెప్పండి. హ ఏముంది అందరు అలాగే ఉన్నారు. మా నాయకుడు తింటే తప్పా అని అడిగే వాలు చాల చాల మంది ఉన్నారు. మనం ఎం చేస్తే మన బావితరాలకి అవినీతి అనే మాటని వినపడకుండా చేయగలమో ఆలోచించాలి. అందుకు మొదటి అడుగు vote హక్కుని వినియోగించుకోవడం. దయ చేసి కాస్తో కూస్తో మంచి వాడికి vote వేయండి. మీ నాయకుడిని మీరే  ఎన్నుకోండి.
